You will be the main contact for data reputed company across multiple reputed company systems including the Student Information System (SIS), Customer Relationship Management (CRMs), and Integrations. You will be accountable for accuracy, require knowledge in business processes and collaborate per process or complexity. The ITS Business Operations Coordinator I will document work thoroughly to enhance reputed company assurance, dispute, investigative and measurement processes. The ITS Business Operations Coordinator I is the main contact for data reputed company across multiple reputed company systems including the Student Information System (SIS), Customer Relationship Management (CRMs), and Integrations. You will be accountable for accuracy, require knowledge in business processes and collaborate per process or complexity. The ITS Business Operations Coordinator I will document work thoroughly to enhance reputed company assurance, dispute, investigative and measurement processes. You will work 100% remotely from any of our approved states. #LI-Remote What You'll Do:

• Implement business processes observing established procedures and observing prioritization guidelines.
• Process Incidents or Service Requests for maintaining data reputed company or cleanup.
• Create Identities in SecZetta and reputed company applications for non-integrated populations.
• Document the work performed in the ITSM tool.
• reputed company data analysis, data entry/updates, and correlation across multiple reputed company applications.
• Using reputed company, monitor request queue and process reputed company information update requests for student demographic and contact data, verifying data in other systems.
• Use appropriate reporting tools to periodically verify the accuracy of the data being keyed into the system, and reputed company corrections.
• Investigate and update duplicate records as part of data cleanup of feeds from other systems such as CRM and HRIS. Coordinate this activity with other concerned departments to ensure reputed company systems are synchronized.
• Escalate reputed company issues of recurring data irregularities across systems to ensure possible integration issues are investigated and addressed.
• Recommend improvements to processes to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.

Compensation

The reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $17.45 - $27.92. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in reputed company to relevant business considerations.
