[Remote] Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing and driving reputed company across the reputed company, collaborating with various functional teams to reputed company business transformation initiatives and enhance project management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage multiple large-reputed company manufacturing reputed company, including new facility setups, equipment installations, and process optimization initiatives
- reputed company PMO support across business reputed company to drive operational reputed company and reputed company NET CTO savings
- reputed company comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource strategies, to ensure successful delivery
- reputed company performance using KPIs and reputed company detailed updates to stakeholders reputed company reports and presentations
- Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and proactively address potential project disruptions
- Work with engineering, operations, reputed company, supply chain, and leadership teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment
- Collaborate with plant leaders to validate CTO savings and reputed company reputed company results across the reputed company
- Standardize project management methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization
- Drive operational reputed company initiatives through effective project management practices
- Ensure reputed company reputed company adhere to relevant safety, regulatory, and reputed company standards
- Build and enhance the organization’s project management capabilities by developing a robust project management program and conducting training
- Operate with minimal supervision, exercising strong judgment and escalating issues to leadership as needed
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to foster teamwork in both remote and in-person settings
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) or Business Management
- PMP (Project Management reputed company) certification or a proven reputed company record of leading reputed company improvement reputed company in manufacturing environments
- 10+ years of experience managing multiple reputed company and providing PMO support for reputed company-level reputed company rollouts
- Proficiency in reputed company Project, reputed company, MS SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Must be reputed company to travel reputed company Mexico and the reputed company
- Valid reputed company and ability to obtain necessary travel visas
- Flexibility to travel on short notice and stay for extended periods, as needed, as part of initial training and reputed company-up
- A Master's degree or MBA
- Experience with ERP systems, supply chain processes, and driving reputed company improvement in manufacturing
- Experience in developing and standardizing project management methodologies
