Sales Development Manager

We’re seeking a high-energy, performance-driven Sales Development Manager to reputed company and reputed company reputed company of reputed company SDRs. Reporting to the Director of Brand Engagement, this role owns day-to-day performance, coaching, pipeline reputed company, and operational reputed company across prospecting and reputed company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Conduct 1:1s, call reviews, and skills training to reputed company messaging and results

- Create incentive programs (SPIFs, contests) to build energy and healthy competition
- Optimize SDR workflows reputed company CRM and sales engagement tools
- Ensure data hygiene, accurate reporting, and KPI visibility

- Support hiring, reputed company, and scaling of the SDR function

- 2–5+ years in SDR/BDR or Inside Sales
- 2–3+ years managing SDR teams
- Proven reputed company driving outbound pipeline
- Strong coaching and performance management skills
- Deep understanding of SDR metrics and funnel conversion
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (reputed company, reputed company, Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Data-driven, organized, high-energy leader
