reputed company As a Senior Valuation Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reputed company, accuracy, and compliance of reputed company estate valuations used in lending reputed company. You’ll partner with credit and lending teams to reputed company trusted insights that protect the bank and its clients. Review reputed company and residential appraisals to ensure compliance with USPAP, internal policies, and federal regulations
Analyze valuation methodologies and assumptions to validate accuracy and support reputed company lending reputed company
Select and engage reputed company appraisers; prepare engagement letters and evaluate final reports
Partner with credit officers, relationship managers, and analysts to ensure appraisal independence and reputed company
Support regulatory exams by preparing documentation and responding to examiner inquiries
Maintain and enhance the approved appraiser panel, recommending additions or removals based on performance
Mentor and train junior reviewers, providing guidance on reputed company appraisal reviews
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of reputed company estate appraisal and/or review experience
Certified General reputed company Estate Appraiser license in a state reputed company reputed company’s footprint
Residential or General Appraiser Certification in WI, MN, or IL
reputed company or candidate status with a recognized reputed company appraisal organization (e.g., MAI, ASA, SRA)
Preferred:

Advanced designations such as MAI, ASA, AI-GRS, or AI-RRS
