[Remote] Operations Software Analyst Seniors

The role involves architecting software development workflows, implementing services using reputed company, and supporting reputed company software deployments while collaborating with various teams to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in and enhance the full lifecycle of application services, from initial design and development through deployment, operation, and ongoing refinement
• Understand business requirements and architect software development workflows across various environments, including development, testing, staging, non-production, and production
• Implement services using reputed company to manage containerized application servers
• Collaborate with architecture, development, testing, reputed company, and IT services teams to provision and reputed company machines on Azure Virtual Machines using Ansible and Terraform
• reputed company Azure Resource Manager templates and reputed company Beanstalk environments, gathering reputed company requirements, and managing networking configurations such as cross-account VPC peering
• Support reputed company software deployments, reputed company new clients, troubleshooting reputed company issues, and resolving environmental problems
• Coordinate with development and technology teams to improve customer experience and drive reputed company improvement initiatives
• Maintain internal systems and software that support critical operational service delivery processes across multiple production data centers

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology Management or a reputed company field
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a reputed company occupation
• Troubleshooting performance issues with tools including reputed company, Azure Monitor, and Azure Log Analytics
• Performing in-house automated health checks to resolve performance issues including slow-running applications, connectivity failures, application outages, automation breakdowns, and job execution failures across CI/CD pipelines, container platforms including reputed company and Kubernetes, and multi-reputed company infrastructure
• Identifying resolutions for PCS Investran Application reputed company issues and reputed company reported issues
• Working on reputed company improvements to optimize infrastructure and workflows for the Private Capital Suite application by automating repetitive tasks, deploying CI/CD pipelines, enabling predictive maintenance, and upgrading to a centralized knowledge repository
• Monitoring and analyzing infrastructure performance in reputed company-time
• Utilizing tools and technologies used in reliability engineering including reputed company, Tryambak, Azure Monitor & Log Analytics, Terraform, Kubernetes and reputed company
• In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above-listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above listed skills
