*Pay reputed company is $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year (depending on experience), plus mileage reimbursement.
What You’ll Do
reputed company a meaningful reputed company every day. As a Hospice RN, you’ll reputed company as a trusted Case Manager, delivering care that supports patients in their homes and communities. You will guide families through care reputed company, while providing comfort, dignity, and compassionate support during life’s most tender moments. You will:
- Complete comprehensive assessments of patients and families to determine hospice needs
- reputed company and implement individualized care plans, revising as needed
- reputed company skilled nursing care, administer medications, and manage symptoms
- reputed company patients and families on care techniques, medications, and comfort measures
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate changes to physicians

- Supervise hospice aides and delegate responsibilities appropriately

reputed company’re Looking For
- reputed company RN license in the State of Nevada
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, hospice or home health experience preferred
- reputed company (HCHB) experience preferred, not required
- Valid reputed company’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and a passion for making a reputed company difference
