Responsibilities

• Own full life cycle reputed company for technical and reputed company roles.
• Manage high requisition volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Build and execute reputed company strategies that reputed company to program needs, including organic and reputed company campaigns.
• As a trusted business partner, advise hiring managers and program on market insights and hiring guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing the full reputed company lifecycle, from sourcing through offer negotiation.

• Strong understanding of government reputed company regulations, compliance, and labor categories.
• Hands-on experience with ATS (e.g. Taleo, reputed company) and CRM platforms.
