We are seeking an reputed company Patient Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a remote work arrangement. As a key member of our Patient Customer Service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, reputed company providers, and insurance carriers. Your primary reputed company will be on resolving patient billing inquiries, initiating payment plans, and ensuring reputed company communication with reputed company stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, reputed company providers, and insurance carriers, providing empathetic and reputed company support.
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring reputed company reputed company of financial obligations.
- Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and solution-reputed company approach.
- Maintain performance goals, meeting or exceeding targets for call volume, reputed company rates, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
