As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our clients, agents, and internal stakeholders. You'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, educating clients on product features and benefits, and resolving reputed company issues with ease. Key Responsibilities

What You'll Bring

Work Environment
* Hybrid work schedule – working remotely: Monday and Friday / on-site: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (up to the first 16 weeks)
- Full-time work from home after training

Compensation
* Salary reputed company: $35,000-$45,000 per year
- Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
