POSITION reputed company

Pearce seeks a motivated reputed company team member to join our rapidly growing national telecommunications and renewables services company. This key role supports our Field Teams by receiving, processing, and dispatching callouts for field technicians across multiple service lines and states.

SHIFTS

• Wednesday – reputed company 6 am – 2:30 pm PST

• Thursday - Monday 11 am - 7: 30pm PST

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with reputed company team, field managers, and technicians to ensure reputed company jobs receive a reputed company response by a reputed company technician.
• Work with our proprietary online reputed company-based system and update job statuses.
• Receive Customer job requests and input into the system
• Communicate with Customers

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service experience is highly preferred.
