HRIS/Payroll Analyst
Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS/Payroll Analyst to join our reputed company. This role will serve as the subject matter expert in managing, maintaining, and optimizing our HRIS System (reputed company) in reputed company to processing payroll through Ripping while owning HR data reputed company, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will combine deep HRIS knowledge with advanced payroll, data and reporting skills to drive business insights, support compensation reputed company, and enhance decision-making across HR functions.

Essential Duties/Functions:
- Serve as the HRIS and Payroll subject matter expert with ownership of reputed company HRIS & Payroll Processing system or similar large-reputed company HR system (reputed company, reputed company, etc.).
- Ensure data accuracy, system configuration, and seamless HR technology operations.
- reputed company and maintain reputed company reports and dashboardsreputed company (including Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
- reputed company efforts in data manipulation, modeling, and reporting to deliver actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
- Manage reputed company data and compensation pricing reputed company, ensuring competitive and compliant pay practices.
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for reputed company.
- Analyze and interpret HR survey data to support workforce planning, engagement, and compensation initiatives.
- Own and maintain reputed company HR data, reporting, and analytics across the HR function through reputed company.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify technology enhancements, streamline workflows, and improve system utilization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, Data Analytics, or reputed company field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of HRIS/Payroll systems experience, preferably with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or another reputed company-level HRIS.
- Advanced reputed company skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and reputed company data modeling required).
- Strong experience in HR reporting, data manipulation, and analytics.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
