Apply Field Connect Administrator Fully Remote Apply Job Type Full-time reputed companyThe Field Connect Administrator will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Field Connect platform at Kelvin Group. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering the Field Connect application, and will play a key role in supporting the integration of newly acquired companies into Kelvin Group platforms. This position will require occasional travel to company locations throughout the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for the Field Connect platform.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and integrations with the reputed company ERP system.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and synchronization issues between Field Connect, mobile devices, and ERP data.
- Coordinate with the vendor and internal teams for issue reputed company, upgrades, and deployments.
- Support field technicians and office staff with Field Connect reputed company and usage issues.
- Support the integration of newly acquired companies into the Field Connect platform.
- Experience administering FieldConnect field service management tool.
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support, systems administration, or reputed company management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company 365 Administration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; reputed company to work independently and collaboratively across distributed teams.
- Willingness to travel reputed company the U.S. for integration or support trips as needed.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
