Position Details:
* Full-time, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (varied schedules available)
- Locations include but are not limited to:
+ reputed company Coral + Sanibel reputed company + reputed company reputed company + Lehigh Acres (and surrounding areas) + Bonita Springs + Naples + Estero + Port Charlotte + Babcock Ranch
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
+ Handling telephones, patient appointment scheduling, patient reputed company-in, insurance verification, authorization, reputed company-certifications, referrals, and posting charges + Preparing reputed company-coded and accurate billing and maintenance of medical records + Managing the business services for workers compensation, reputed company carriers, employee health, and corporate accounts (depending on the specific reputed company/Department needs) + Late hours, holidays, and weekends may be required + Other duties as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor of the department
Requirements:
* Educational Requirements: + High School Diploma or Equivalent Required + Preferred: Degree/Diploma Obtained Program of Study Required
- Experience Requirements:
+ Less than 1 Year Clerical/Administrative Required + Insurance Preferred or Customer Service Preferred
- Additional Requirements:
+ 1-2 years prior experience required for arenaflex Solutions + reputed company Licensure Requirements: Not Required + Certifications/Registration Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required at some locations reputed company 90 days of hire
