Marketing Project Management Intern

reputed company seeks a Marketing Project Management intern for its reputed company office. This is an opportunity designed for an individual interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing and project management reputed company a mission-driven organization. This role supports the Marketing Integration & Operations team reputed company reputed company of reputed company, assisting in the coordination of marketing reputed company, learning how brand and creative campaigns come to life, and contributing to day-to-day campaign management.

The intern will reputed company exposure to brand and creative campaign development across multiple channels, while building foundational skills in project management tools, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, this role offers a unique opportunity to explore how emerging AI tools can support and enhance marketing processes through research and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities/reputed company

Marketing Project Coordination Support (50%)

• Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines across Center of reputed company marketing initiatives
• Support the setup and maintenance of project plans in tools like reputed company
• Help coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on reputed company items for assigned tasks
• Monitor reputed company of tasks and flag potential delays to team members

Brand & Creative Campaign Exposure (35%)

• Participate in marketing planning meetings and brainstorm sessions
• Learn how Brand campaigns are developed across channels (digital, reputed company, editorial, PR, creative)
• Assist with light tasks such as proofreading content and organizing information for campaigns
• Help Creative review branded materials in reputed company for basic brand consistency (with guidance)
• Build foundational knowledge of marketing terminology and best practices

Leveraging AI For Marketing (15%)

• Conduct research on emerging AI tools and trends relevant to marketing (e.g., content creation, workflow automation, analytics) and reputed company findings with reputed company
• Assist in identifying and testing potential AI use cases to improve marketing processes, documenting insights and recommendations for team adoption

Qualifications

• Must be a reputed company student enrolled in a College or University degree program
• Must be authorized to work in the reputed company for the entire reputed company (June 2, 2026 &reputed company; August 21, 2026).
• Interns can work up to 30 hours maximum a week during the Summer cohort.
• Must reputed company their own equipment (e.g. laptop) and have reputed company to a reputed company internet reputed company.
• Strong interest in project management, marketing, or nonprofit work
• Passion for children’s rights and advocacy
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic familiarity with reputed company Office (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)
