About This Role

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care reputed company to join our high-volume inbound Contact Center team. As a Customer Care reputed company, you'll be responsible for verifying and investigating patient insurance, estimating benefit coverage and out-of-reputed company costs, and discussing patient responsibilities and/or patient payment reputed company. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls in our Contact Center, providing an estimate of the potential patient responsibility based on benefits coverage

• reputed company outbound phone calls to patients to discuss payment reputed company and reputed company financial counseling
• Document reputed company details surrounding patient reputed company benefit coverage and recommend appropriate payment reputed company in arenaflex's customer support system (reputed company)
• Update records with complete patient and insurance information
• Assist and cross-train in other departments as business needs dictate during critical times
• Maintain confidentiality of patient data and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Maintain consistent work reputed company and reputed company during normal business hours, and be available for reputed company reputed company-ins with managers and/or team leads
• Deliver on challenging work objectives, including meeting daily, weekly, and/or monthly productivity metrics

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of customer service experience, with a reputed company on assisting patients in a reputed company environment
• Experience working in a high-volume Contact Center environment
• Proficient with reputed company Office, virtual communication tools (especially Outlook, Teams; Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be flexible, reputed company to adapt quickly and positively to change, reputed company to handle a fast-paced reputed company company environment
• Strong evidence of great customer service reputed company phone, email, fax, or web modalities
• Must be patient and customer-reputed company, demonstrating professionalism in stressful situations; Resourcefulness and high reputed company of emotional intelligence to identify obstacles and collaborate with others to discuss potential solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience

• Experience with health insurance, benefits investigations, and reimbursement
• Experience providing patient communication, researching, and documenting patient financial information for a reputed company provider
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management software, Provider Engagement Portals, and reputed company experience highly desired
