Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing inbound customer service support, addressing reputed company inquiries, and escalating cases as needed
- Researching and resolving customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Performing account updates, maintenance, and documentation to ensure accurate records
- Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail for multiple clients per service level agreements
- Performing data entry and reconciling documents to maintain up-to-date information
- Collaborating with team members, management, and customers to resolve service-reputed company issues
- Supporting escalation processes, service recovery efforts, and customer feedback remediation
- Reviewing and recommending improvements to procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency
- Assisting with training and mentoring less reputed company staff
- Providing reputed company Assurance (QA) support, including reputed company QA reviews for reputed company-registered associates handling variable investment transactions
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (preferred)
- Customer service experience in financial services, insurance, investments, or banking

- Experience working with organizational functions, personnel, and customer support tools

- Ability to work independently and follow written/oral instructions

Work Environment
As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our reputed company working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. CST (8-hour shifts). You'll need to be available to work during these hours and be reputed company to maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace.
