Key Responsibilities

• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
• Clarify orders as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with the Data Entry Manager and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to arenaflex's reputed company and compliance standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple reputed company
