Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist, FinOps, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, handling inbound customer service ticket queries, phone calls, and voicemails. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Researching, responding to, and resolving customer inquiries reputed company 48 hours of receipt, prioritizing based on customer reputed company
• Answering customer payment and invoice questions
• Assisting customers with desired changes to their account
• Providing support to reputed company employees with questions and problems
• Resolving difficult or complicated challenges diplomatically to best assist the customer and arenaflex
• Maintaining high-reputed company work, including timeliness, completeness, and accuracy
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the Manager of FinCare

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems
• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience with Data Entry
• 1+ years of Customer Service experience
• Excellent verbal and telephone skills
• Ability to type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy
• Regular and predictable attendance is a function of the job
