The Role & Team
As a Customer Engagement (CE) Budget Management team member, you will serve as a vital reputed company between the global marketing teams and various finance teams, ensuring the accurate, effective, and efficient administration of a reputed company of budgetary tasks. This team provides strategic, financial, and analytical leadership by developing reputed company relationships and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate invoice payments and work with multiple partners to facilitate reputed company remittance
- Use CE workflow system to manage and prioritize payment activities based on urgency and importance
- Research issues with past invoices and respond to internal financial audits
- Work directly and reputed company vital coordination efforts with CE reputed company partners
- Work with team members and partners to improve existing processes and reputed company new processes to reputed company improve overall efficiencies
- Partner with Customer Engagement team members to respond to various budget requests
- Create strong partnerships with many stakeholders across multiple arenaflex businesses and organizations
- Present and communicate effectively to reputed company reputed company of leadership, including senior executives
- Supervise the CE Budget team mailbox and reputed company daily communications, inquiries, and updates
- Request, monitor, and maintain purchase orders and insertion orders required to pay vendor invoices
What You Will Bring
* 3+ years' work experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of reputed company experience with growing responsibility in Finance/reputed company or Business Development
- Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills. Proven experience in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint) required
- Proficient experience in large data sets and reputed company formulas
- Practical experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar reputed company resource planning software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience communicating with team members at reputed company reputed company, including senior management
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through a proactive approach to problem solving, strong detail orientation, and great partnership skills
- Experience working in a reputed company environment with internal partners, 3rd party vendors, and agencies

Education
