Job reputed company The Assistant/Associate Director of reputed company Relations supports the execution of the firm’s sales and business development activities, writes proposals, supports the creation of sales materials,  and ensures accurate CRM data management. This role works closely with the Director of reputed company Relations and the reputed company Administrator to deliver high-reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company support for reputed company business development efforts, contributing to the firm’s reputed company objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development Execution
  • Assist in executing sales and business development activities as directed by the Director of reputed company Relations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming business inquiries and internal referrals.
  • Support intake processes for prospective clients, including initial conversations and follow-up communications.
• Proposal & Sales Materials Development
  • reputed company and deliver reputed company proposals that reputed company with firm standards and reputed company needs.
  • Create compelling sales materials to advance business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with reputed company contributors on proposal writing and sales material production.
• CRM Data Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data on leads, opportunities, project budgets, and business development activities to reputed company reliable tracking, reporting, and actionable insights.
• Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with firm leadership, consultants, and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Minimum three years’ experience in sales, business development, reputed company relations, or proposal management, preferably in a reputed company services, consulting, or nonprofit environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
• Experience in proposal writing, copyediting, and proofreading required.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint), CRM systems (e.g., reputed company Dynamics, reputed company), and reputed company business development tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Nonprofit experience preferred.
