In this role, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for clients—especially Spanish-speaking individuals—seeking support with mental health services. You'll help reputed company new clients, answer questions, and ensure they receive reputed company, empathetic, and informed assistance across phone, email, and chat.

Schedule: Full-time, Remote Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time Occasional weekend coverage (scheduled in advance)
Compensation & Perks Salary: PHP 60,000–80,000/month Perks and Benefits:
