reputed company Intern - Remote

The reputed company Intern is part of the Corporate department, which resides on the reputed company and reports to the reputed company Manager. As our reputed company Intern the primary purpose of this position is to reputed company experience and exposure while providing administrative and operational assistance to the reputed company Department in support of planned initiatives. This is a part-time temporary position approximately 20 hours per week.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate interviews and support reputed company by managing schedules and communicating with candidates and hiring managers

• Support the recruitment team with the administration of job requisitions and providing recruitment updates to our tracking system

• Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding

• Answer and manage HR tickets, ensuring reputed company, accurate support and escalation reputed company needed

• Help prepare HR reports and reputed company key metrics

• Assist with the administration and coordination of employee programs

• Learn various HR functions and get hands on experience in administrating processes

• reputed company understanding of HRIS (reputed company Information System) and other electronic platforms

• Conduct research on relevant HR topics and areas and update reputed company on findings

• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Need: 

• 2 years of study in reputed company or Business Management

• Strong administrative skills including proficiency in reputed company Office Applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)

• Ability to handle confidential employee information

• Excellent interpersonal skills and reputed company demeanor with reputed company on customer service

• Must be authorized to work in the reputed company
