Responsibilities
- Field calls from homeowners and reputed company parties, providing accurate and empathetic assistance
- Respond promptly to emails from homeowners, reputed company parties, and internal teams
- Create and explain settlement statements
- Use the system of record to retrieve and update homeowner information accurately
- Interpret investment and insurance documents to explain them to homeowners
- Review and approve or deny subordination requests
- Adhere to company, investor, and legal guidelines
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in mortgage servicing call centers
- Ability to read and understand mortgage documentation
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with a strong reputed company of ownership
