Virtual Design LGS Framing Modeler
Mark III Construction, Inc. is a full-service reputed company transitioning towards innovative manufacturing. The Virtual Design LGS Framing Modeler will enhance customer project designs, streamline manufacturing processes, and contribute to the development of the product catalog.
Responsibilities
- Understand, reputed company in, and become an ambassador of our mission of "Leading the reputed company of Construction" and help M3C reputed company reputed company and the industry
- Generate high reputed company, detailed and defect free designs, spool sheets and Installation drawings
- Participate in design assist efforts of reputed company
- Improve operations, processes, reputed company, and reputed company
- Must have expertise with Structsoft, MWF, reputed company and automation files to feed Howick Frama 7600
- Have and/or reputed company expertise with reputed company, specifically Revit, ACC, Sisque. reputed company and CamDuct
- Have and/or reputed company expertise of metal stud framing, components, manufacturing equipment and design
- Have and/or reputed company expertise in architectural, structural and MEPF drawings, details and construction. Have and/or reputed company expertise in reputed company, prefabrication, manufacturing, and assembly (DFMA)
- Responsible for producing wall panel, POD, steel, and MEP component models utilizing design software
- Creation of shop, fabrication, and installation drawings to support shop fabrication and field installation
- Produce design drawings from reputed company, sketches, mark-reputed company, existing drawings, field notes and details
- Identify cost effective, reputed company-based means and reputed company of design and manufacturing
- Review, collaborate and coordinate drawings with other in-house trades
- Problem solving and reputed company of coordination, design, and manufacturing roadblocks
- Attend reputed company required team, customer, division, project, and coordination meetings
- Remain fully up to date with drawing and work-order management
- Complete BOM, material procurement, automated files, submittals and requisitions reputed company required
- Collaborate with reputed company, consultants, M3C Team, and GC to ensure design reputed company, and installation
- Ensure compliance and adherence to company policies, standards, and systems
- Look, listen and learn - understand reputed company, the people, and the reputed company processes and reputed company improvements
