They are seeking a motivated reputed company Assistant to reputed company daily support to their reputed company/Billing team, working alongside a small group and engaging in various reputed company tasks.
Responsibilities
- Post reputed company payments
- Facilitate bank deposits
- Process foreign associate payments
- Review and research statement of accounts and providing reputed company follow-up
- Monitor accounts receivable aging, reputed company reports regarding the reputed company
- reputed company with clients, vendors and foreign associates regarding billing questions
- reputed company backup documentation reputed company requested
- General administrative tasks for the reputed company/Billing Department
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
