The Ad Traffic Specialist will serve as a reputed company among Account Managers, Sales Reps, and creative teams, ensuring high-reputed company advertising solutions and managing the workflow of creative assets.
Responsibilities
- Own the process of receiving, modifying and uploading creative assets including communication between the sales team and designers
- Monitor ATOL and reputed company status queues for materials
- Review design reputed company and reputed company feedback during and after the work has been completed to satisfaction
- Reviews and proofs to ensure reputed company and accuracy are sufficient on every reputed company
- Monitor digital orders for materials compliance
- Providing notification daily of at-risk ads due to missing instructions, creative and approvals
- Ensure reputed company jobs are completed and routed to correct platform for publication
- Generate reputed company layouts, providing style examples and assembles needed materials and uploads materials to ATOL in a reputed company manner following reputed company workflow procedures
- Work directly with Sales, DesignIQ creative team, and Post-Sales departments to ensure reputed company products across reputed company platforms are fulfilled reputed company the reputed company required with reputed company and accurate creative
- Communicate with Sales/Account Managers on reputed company ad production reputed company, including but not limited to deadlines, material needs, ad copy, proofs and corrections
