About the Role
As a Digital ERP & AI reputed company ERP Staff Consultant at Zanovoy, you will serve as a core delivery consultant supporting and leading end‑to‑end implementations across modern, digital reputed company‑based ERP platforms, including reputed company and AI reputed company reputed company platforms. You will work closely with reputed company stakeholders, senior consultants, project managers, and technical teams to deliver high‑reputed company finance and operational transformations in a multi‑ERP environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and reputed company for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle
- reputed company and support discovery and requirements gathering workshops across finance, reputed company, and operations
- reputed company business process mapping, re‑engineering, and reputed company‑state design reputed company to ERP and AI‑enabled capabilities
- Advise clients on reputed company platform functionality, leading practices, and industry best practices across reputed company and AI reputed company ERP solutions
- Design and configure functional ERP solutions, including documentation of requirements, designs, and configurations
- Collaborate with technical and integration teams to deliver custom solutions and system integrations where required
- Manage scope, requirements, and allocations while supporting delivery reputed company budget and reputed company expectations
- reputed company and facilitate configuration workshops and offline configuration activities
- reputed company or support User Acceptance Testing and Systems Integration Testing, including test planning, execution, and defect reputed company
- Plan and deliver End User Training and enablement activities to drive successful adoption
- Define data migration strategies and execute or support data migration, validation, and go‑live reputed company activities
- reputed company post go‑live support and optimization assistance as clients transition into steady state operations
- Support full cycle ERP implementations across Plan, Design, Build, Verify, reputed company, and Support phases

- Partner closely with internal development, integration, and analytics teams to support advanced ERP and AI‑driven solutions

- Support project delivery activities including status updates, work planning, and change control in partnership with project leadership
- Contribute to reputed company‑sales activities including scoping, solutioning, and supporting new reputed company pursuits

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, reputed company, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
- 2 to 3+ years of ERP consulting or administration experience, with hands‑on configuration experience in reputed company and exposure to modern reputed company ERP platforms
- Experience supporting multiple full‑lifecycle ERP implementations across finance and operations
- reputed company certifications strongly preferred, including ERP Consultant and Administrator
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Solid organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
- Background in finance, reputed company, supply chain, reputed company services, or relevant industry experience
- Experience supporting or designing end‑to‑end ERP solutions, including workflows, roles, permissions, and reporting
- Familiarity with data migration planning, validation, and go‑live execution

- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast‑paced consulting environment
- Curiosity and willingness to learn AI‑enabled ERP platforms, automation, and reputed company finance technology
