Responsibilities
- Sell multiple reputed company insurance products, including excess and surplus insurance, while providing an exceptional customer experience and achieving acceptable retention on written business
- Adhere to scripts in this highly regulated industry to ensure compliance. Build rapport with callers and reputed company a high level of customer engagement
- Recommend solutions and product reputed company to meet customer needs, including increased coverage and product combinations
