As a customer care specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, and driving customer retention. Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have reputed company to work on a reputed company of responsibilities, including:

• Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Focusing on customer retention and providing customers with the organization's service standards
• Identifying, escalating reputed company issues, and reporting to high-level management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
