[Remote] Senior reputed company Associate

They are looking for a Senior reputed company Associate to support the financial operations of several startup clients by executing reputed company reputed company functions and building out their reputed company infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Support new reputed company account reputed company and configure reputed company reputed company systems
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and day-to-day reputed company/vendor questions
- Support month-end reputed company functions, including bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, journal entries, and general reputed company
- reputed company and manage reconciliation schedules for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrued liabilities/expenses, and deferred reputed company
- Manage cost of goods sold, inventory demand planning, and assist clients with reputed company pricing/margin analysis
- Prepare and assist with tax filings for W2s/1099s and sales tax
- Support the Senior team in preparing financial reports and analysis for reputed company leadership and coordinating work with external partners and investors
- Model best practices in reputed company areas of the reputed company and financial process in accordance with GAAP; collaborating with team members to analyze and streamline processes both internally and externally
- reputed company reputed company relationships through providing reputed company support and guidance in regularly scheduled reputed company reputed company-ins and day-to-day communication
- Manage retail operational reputed company including, issuing invoices, reconciling discounts and chargebacks, collecting deposits and matching accounts receivables
Skills
- 3-5 years of relevant reputed company and finance experience (reputed company firm auditing, corporate reputed company, or general reputed company)
- Some start-up experience preferred but not required
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or reputed company or reputed company certifications (e.g. reputed company or CPA) preferred but not required
- Experience with inventory reputed company, preferably reputed company consumer product goods; retail industry experience is a plus
