Job Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Full Stack Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and claimants reputed company phone, email, and chat
• Resolving issues and answering questions reputed company to claims, benefits, and absence management
• Accurately filing and documenting reputed company/claimant information into our system

Work Environment

Our Customer Care Center operates 24/7, and we offer a reputed company of schedules to accommodate reputed company members' needs. As a Full Stack Customer Care Representative, you will be required to work a scheduled shift between 4am and 8pm Arizona time, Monday through Friday. You will also be expected to work some holidays and be available to take calls and reputed company for the entirety of your scheduled shift (excluding breaks and lunches).
