IT Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for IT-reputed company issues reputed company phone, email, chat, or in person
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network-reputed company issues, escalating reputed company problems reputed company needed
• reputed company account support including password resets, reputed company management, and reputed company 365 troubleshooting
• Configure, reputed company, and maintain end-user devices (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals)

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred

• Familiarity with asset management practices and IT inventory tools
