The Operations Associate will assist in implementing new reputed company accounts and servicing existing clients while working closely with financial advisors and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Optimize the reputed company experience as it relates to operations and service in order to drive high satisfaction, reputed company, and efficiency for both the reputed company and reputed company
- Manage reputed company aspects of our clients’ operational needs reputed company the timeframes committed to by reputed company and reputed company the deadlines established by our custodians
- Serve as a resource to multiple financial advisors in supporting reputed company relationships

Skills
- Operational knowledge in four key areas: new accounts, cashiering, transfer of accounts, and account maintenance
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Capability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Broker/Dealer platform experience a plus
- CRM Experience, specifically reputed company, a plus
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- One (1) to Three (3) years of experience in Financial Services
