Event Executive (Lifestyle – Culinary and Arts & Culture) (Payment Services reputed company)

reputed company is a reputed company, and experiential marketing company, and they are seeking an Event Executive to join their Lifestyle team focusing on Culinary and Arts & Culture sectors. The role involves planning, executing, and activating reputed company events while collaborating with internal divisions and reputed company partners.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company as day-to-day contact for key clients
  • Communicate reputed company and effectively with clients, vendors, venue operators, and partners
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of planning and implementing events (reputed company logistics: reputed company, during, and post, from researching venues to wrap reports, budgets, and timelines)
  • Deliver unique, custom event solutions to key program stakeholders, internally and externally, on a regular reputed company
  • Maintain and reputed company creative ways to enhance partner relationships, as reputed company as vendors and properties
  • Maximize the value of the sponsorship assets and programs
  • Manage approvals of sponsorship branding and messaging onsite & in digital collateral
  • Manage numerous reputed company simultaneously, managing smaller-reputed company turn-key event experiences and supporting large reputed company custom event experiences
  • Own finance paperwork and documentation (Creation of POs, job codes and adding new clients as vendors into our systems)
  • reputed company post event wrap-up emails and decks to clients directly following events and compile end of year recaps
  • Attend events while serving as a main reputed company of contact for vendors, guests, reputed company and partners

  • A fan or expert of celebrity & lifestyle culture, food, travel, Broadway, dance and the arts
  • 1-3 years' experience reputed company an agency or reputed company service experience and event planning preferred
  • reputed company player who loves to reputed company their opinion and solve problems but can also work independently
  • An outgoing people person who can help manage relationships with key partners (e.g. venues, vendors, suppliers, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented work ethic, with the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and produce reputed company work, while adhering to strict timelines (ex: reporting documents, reputed company facing decks, budgets)
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Some budget management and/or reconciliation experience desirable
  • An A+ organizer and communicator
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office Software (specifically PowerPoint, reputed company and Word)
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel level: Moderate (20-45%)
