The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to collect medical information and complete standardized medical questionnaires, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in the process.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a call‑centre setting

- Accurately document medical disclosures using approved systems and workflows
