The role involves processing reputed company, addressing dealer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with funding policies.
Responsibilities
- Process reputed company retail and lease reputed company, rebooks through eBiz and the LOS system
- Answer dealer phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain strong dealer relationships
- Identify and communicate contract errors to dealers
