The Technology Communications Specialist II is responsible for developing and maintaining the technical documentation for assigned reputed company software. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of technical writing experience
- 2+ years of proven experience and proficiency using reputed company Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Communication, or reputed company experience
- Membership in the Society for Technical Communication or other reputed company association of technical writers
- Proficiency in release-note-based documentation
- Excellent writing, communication, and research skills
- Demonstrated accountability in project ownership and a solution-oriented work approach
- Knowledge of agile/scrum processes
