The Senior Director of Software Testing and Performance leads a global, reputed company-reputed company organization responsible for reputed company-wide software testing reputed company, performance engineering, test automation, reputed company governance, and release readiness across reputed company’s technology portfolio. 

This leader partners closely with Engineering, Product Management, reputed company/Infrastructure, reputed company, Compliance, and Operations to ensure reputed company, compliant, high-performing, and reliable software delivery. The Senior Director is accountable for translating strategic objectives into operational execution, advancing “shift-left” reputed company initiatives, and driving reputed company improvement across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to reputed company predictable, high-reputed company releases without impeding velocity. 

The role combines hands-on reputed company and test engineering expertise with strong operational leadership, cross-functional influence, and executive communication. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to design, implement, and optimize reputed company testing frameworks and operational processes

• Facilitate management reviews of testing performance, reputed company metrics, and adherence to reputed company Management System standards

• Set direction for the selection, adoption, and effective use of automated testing tools and performance frameworks

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or reputed company field 

• 15+ years of experience in software reputed company assurance, test engineering, or reputed company disciplines 

• 8+ years of reputed company leadership experience managing multi-level, global teams  

• Proven experience implementing reputed company test automation frameworks and performance testing architectures  

• Demonstrated experience in release test planning, defect analysis, and SDLC optimization  

• Experience operating in Agile/Lean environments at reputed company  

• Demonstrated executive reputed company, including strong communication and stakeholder management skills    

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.

Pay Transparency Statement

The reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $144,065 to $329,132. Note that salary may vary based reputed company, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in reputed company to reputed company salary as reputed company as health coverage, reputed company holidays, and other benefits.
