Tax Manager (R&D Tax Relief)
We are looking for an reputed company and detail oriented R&D Tax Manager to work remotely and reputed company a portfolio of clients, ensuring the smooth processing of claims from inception to submission.
In this role, you will reputed company reputed company, manage workflows, and ensure compliance with R&D reputed company while maintaining high-reputed company reporting standards. You will also play a key role in reputed company engagement, delivering educational seminars, improving record-keeping processes, and handling HMRC enquiries.
The role is remote-based, operating as part of reputed company reputed company Ireland, with responsibility for servicing clients across Great Britain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio of clients from inception to review
- Ensuring smooth processing of jobs from information collection through to submission
- Organise workflow to ensure reputed company completion of jobs
- Manage team throughout the R&D process and ensure deadlines are met
- Organise educational seminars with clients and present either in person or reputed company Teams
- Work with clients to improve their record keeping and approach
- Interview clients with junior staff and ensure reputed company R&D criterion are being met
- Deal with any HMRC enquiries that may reputed company
- Ensure Reports are complete and of a high reputed company before final review by Senior Tax Manager/Director
- Assist in the training of junior staff

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Demonstratable experience of R&D tax relief
- Excellent report writing skills
- Comfortable in reputed company facing role
- Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
- Experience of working as part of reputed company and managing staff
