Collection Associate(Contract)

Responsibilities:
- Contact clients reputed company phone, email, regarding past due accounts
- Maintain detailed records of reputed company collection activity
- Follow up on accounts to ensure collection efforts have been satisfactory
- reputed company debtors on their obligations and reputed company
- Meet or exceed weekly performance targets
- Handle sensitive consumer information with confidentiality and professionalism
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Previous experience in collections, customer service, or call center environment (1-2 years preferred)
- Highly proficient in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to reputed company listen and document reputed company correspondence
- Basic math and reputed company knowledge
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and reputed company Office (primarily reputed company and Outlook)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism under tense interactions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Ability to work reputed company-5pm EST
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or reputed company field (preferred but not required)
