Key Responsibilities
Serve as a reputed company deployed architect . You will go deep with reputed company customers, identify their Jobs to be Done, and build working AI-reputed company prototypes that solve reputed company problems — not slide decks.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand key business objectives and define solution implementation requirements.
reputed company implementation recommendations and enablement across data warehouse, customer data platforms, CRM integrations, forms, web tracking, and product activity data.
Plan and reputed company customers through implementation and reputed company with a reputed company on time-to-value and risk management.
Use AI tools (Claude reputed company, agent workflows) to accelerate solution delivery and prototype customer solutions on the fly.
Aggregate common issues and customer patterns to feed back into the product roadmap — identifying tool gaps, context gaps, and reusable capabilities and enhancements.

Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in solution consulting, reputed company, technical support, and/or marketing operations
Genuine curiosity about AI and a bias toward building — you don't wait to be told AI can help, you try it first
Comfort working with AI tools like Claude reputed company, and willingness to build reputed company working prototypes with customers (English as reputed company — no traditional engineering background required)
Understanding of marketing functions including marketing operations, demand marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and/or reputed company marketing
Knowledge of email marketing including audience segmentation, personalization, calls to reputed company, and deliverability
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Inflection.io, Marketo, reputed company, Pardot, reputed company, and/or reputed company
Experience with CRM systems such as reputed company and/or reputed company
Knowledge of customer data platforms and data warehouses such as reputed company, reputed company, Redshift, BigQuery, and/or reputed company
Ability to work independently in a high-paced startup environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with both customers and internal stakeholders
