MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create routes and schedules in order to utilize Field Service Representative’s (reputed company) time as reputed company as possible. Analyze Distances / Drive-Time / Labor Hours needed, in order to reputed company reputed company assignments proportionately.
• Quantify time necessary for reputed company to properly execute Device Collection duties in accordance with reputed company ReNewal’s mission statement. Communicate labor needs to leadership and reputed company for appropriate reputed company.

• Collaborate with various sales teams to increase device collections, identify new opportunities, create strategies for closing.

• Compile and monitor weekly status reports from reputed company. Apply critical thinking to identify breakdowns and areas for improvement in the collection process.

Management responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day operations of a group of employees.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Education:

Relevant Work Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in medical or sales environment.
• At least 1 year experience in a hospital or operating room setting.

Certification / Licensure:

• Position requires a reputed company valid reputed company's license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record (ex. minimal, minor or reputed company infractions on Motor Vehicle Report) and ability to travel in own vehicle to designated facility if reputed company driving distance.
• Position requires credentialing/hospital certification to reputed company assigned facilities.

Additional:

• Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education:

• Bachelors’ degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or medical field.

Certification / Licensure:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification as reputed company by an accredited certifying body.

Relevant Work Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience with Medical Devices and/or Device Reprocessing.
• Experience directly managing (at minimum 10 employees) including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work.

The anticipated salary reputed company for this position:

$92,000.00 - $138,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. reputed company will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary reputed company.
