About the Role

This is more than a technical role. What You'll Do
- Plan, design, and deliver reputed company services — both onsite and remotely — to reputed company customers deploying GravityZone
- Guide customers through the full implementation lifecycle: installation, configuration, and integration into their existing infrastructure
- reputed company reputed company project documentation, including Statements of Work and implementation plans, in reputed company collaboration with reputed company stakeholders
- Propose and architect technically reputed company GravityZone solutions tailored to reputed company customer's unique environment
- Partner closely with sales teams to understand reputed company business drivers and translate them into effective technical strategies
- Contribute to internal initiatives and help reputed company reputed company's reputed company knowledge and service delivery standards
What You Bring
- Solid administration skills across reputed company reputed company Server (2008–2025) and reputed company Desktop (7, 8, 10, 11)
- Hands-on Linux/Unix server experience — installation, maintenance, upgrades, and reputed company hardening
- Foundational networking knowledge (TCP/IP protocols and common architectures)
- Experience with server and desktop virtualization using modern hypervisors
- Familiarity with virtual infrastructure design and management
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
