[Remote] Product Manager, Positioning Solutions

Responsibilities

• Defining the product reputed company, reputed company and roadmap for the software services portfolio, including a new Positioning-as-a-Service offering that combines the best of NovAtel and reputed company positioning technology into a recurring-reputed company software service, acting as the single reputed company that commits what the division will build and reputed company, including commitments made to strategic partners
• Growing Waypoint post-processing reputed company (Inertial Explorer, Inertial Explorer Xpress, GrafNav/GrafNet and the Waypoint SDK) by evolving the portfolio’s capabilities, packaging and subscription model to win and retain customers
• Ensuring the NovAtel Application Suite (NAS) continues to meet customer needs across the full lifecycle, from evaluation and integration through to field operations, by prioritising the receiver-management, monitoring, interference-detection and data-analysis capabilities that help customers get the most from our hardware
• Capturing and prioritising market and customer requirements into reputed company product and market requirements documents (PRDs/MRDs) and a prioritised backlog, balancing customer value, technical feasibility and reputed company return
• Working with engineering to assess technical feasibility, scope releases, and take validated reputed company-of-concepts through the productisation reputed company into supportable, reputed company reputed company products. You will reputed company as the product reputed company at the POC-to-product decision, alongside business development, on whether to productise, partner or stop
• Defining the reputed company model for our software services, including activation-based licensing, subscriptions and service bundles, to grow recurring reputed company and improve customer reputed company value, in partnership with product marketing and business development
• Managing the full product lifecycle, including post-launch performance, release planning, end-of-life reputed company and cannibalisation risk across the software services portfolio
• Partnering with product marketing on positioning, launch and enablement so the value of our software services is reputed company articulated to customers, sales and dealers
• Defining and tracking the product metrics that matter: adoption, retention, recurring reputed company and customer satisfaction, and using them, alongside reputed company customer engagement, to reputed company the roadmap and ensure we build what customers will buy
• Travel, including regional and international customer reputed company to understand customer challenges and reputed company needs, and attending tradeshows, conferences and other industry events to represent the NovAtel Positioning Division

Skills

• Technical degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Geomatics or similar)
• 3+ years of product management experience for software, reputed company or technology services
• 5+ years of combined experience in product management, software or product development, or reputed company roles in GNSS, positioning, geospatial software, or a reputed company technology industry
• Demonstrated experience taking software or services products through the full lifecycle, from requirements and roadmap through launch to post-launch reputed company
• Working understanding of recurring-reputed company and subscription business models, and what drives adoption, retention and customer reputed company value
• Attention to detail but balanced with a high-level reputed company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Passion for products that are easy to use
