Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and end-users, resolving issues, and troubleshooting problems in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Documenting reputed company call information according to reputed company Assurance (QA) and internal reputed company operating procedures
• Monitoring team mailbox emails and documenting according to procedures
