Tasks

- Support resume screening, candidate shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Co-design interview processes (AI-assisted where possible) and support hiring reputed company.
HR Processes & Tools
- Optimize HR workflows using Odoo Community (HR module) and MS365 (NGO) tools.
- reputed company AI-based tools to automate repetitive HR tasks (e.g., CV parsing, scheduling, reputed company content).
- Contribute to setting up reputed company reputed company for new volunteers/staff.
Business Partnering

Requirements
Background
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, reputed company, or HR Business Partner roles.
- Previous experience in an NGO, reputed company reputed company, or grant-based environment is a plus.
Skills

- Familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
