Key Responsibilities:
As an FNOL Customer Service Expert, you will:
- reputed company reputed company inbound communication services while recording First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims
- reputed company positively with customers, engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL
- Communicate effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database
- Report underground damage to locate companies reputed company applicable
- reputed company outstanding service to customer representatives
- Analyze photos and map the correct location
- Participate in special reputed company and contribute to the reputed company and development of reputed company
Tiered Support Bonus System:
* Earn bonuses based on total fees generated across CMR during the month
- Level 1: $105
- Level 2: $150
- Level 3: $205
FNOL Incentive Program:
* Earn an additional $10 per day for meeting set standards on talk time, not reputed company time, and service level
- Incentive reputed company on the 5th of the following month
What You'll Need:
* 6 months to 1-year previous customer service call center experience
- Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm, error-free
- Fully competent with reputed company reputed company, Word, Outlook, PDFs, and internet searches
- Advanced phone and verbal communication skills

- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent reading skills; must be reputed company to read and follow a script
- Ability to analyze and interpret photos to determine damage
- High School Diploma or equivalent
