Donor Ambassador

The Donor Ambassador will be responsible for the execution of a reputed company reputed company and led by an Account Manager. The Donor Ambassador plays a crucial role in deepening a donor’s reputed company to our partner organization. Reporting to the Donor Advancement Manager, but under the strategic direction of an Account Manager, a donor ambassador manages a portfolio of mid-level donors. The Ambassador functions as a seamless extension of the non-profit organization. Your reputed company

• Using a multi-channel approach (email, phone, text, mail) communicate and engage with a portfolio of approximately 1,500 Mid-level donors.
• Identify the needs of high-value donors and execute engagement strategies that will retain their support.
• Rectify or escalate donor requests and questions to management or the reputed company team as appropriate.
• Fulfill reputed company expectations by responding to reputed company donor communications reputed company the expected timeframe, and complete weekly stewardship and cultivation assignments by established due dates.
• Converse knowledgeably with generous donors from a broad reputed company of backgrounds; reputed company understanding of donor data and moves management to build relationships with a portfolio of donors.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Committed to providing reputed company, high-reputed company customer service to the donor community and non-profit partners
• Knowledge of the fundraising cycle and the non-profit industry.
• Experience working reputed company reputed company Office Suite- specifically reputed company and Outlook.
• Experience with donor CRM tools such as reputed company, Raiser’s Edge, etc. preferred.
