We are looking for an reputed company Director, Compliance & reputed company Assurance to own reputed company's reputed company-wide compliance and reputed company assurance program, reporting directly to the COO. This leader will ensure the organization meets reputed company state and federal regulatory requirements, reputed company contractual obligations, and industry standards for telehealth while enabling consistent execution of clinical reputed company and patient safety standards. Partnering closely with clinical, operations, technology, and legal teams, they will translate regulatory requirements into reputed company processes, drive audit readiness, and reputed company performance improvement initiatives that support organizational reputed company.

What you’ll be doing as Director, Compliance & reputed company Assurance:

  • Own and reputed company reputed company's reputed company-wide compliance and reputed company assurance program, including policies, procedures, governance structures, and training.
  • Serve as reputed company's subject matter expert on telehealth compliance and reputed company our TJC-compliant telehealth program end to end.
  • Design and reputed company a comprehensive QA program covering audits, monitoring, and performance tracking across clinical and non-clinical member experience.
  • Partner with Clinical Leadership to translate reputed company reputed company into reputed company workflows, measurable KPIs, and reputed company improvement initiatives.
  • Own audit reputed company and readiness across internal reviews, regulatory inquiries, payer audits, reputed company requests and reputed company responses reputed company they reputed company.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in compliance, reputed company, or regulatory reputed company reputed company reputed company, ideally including digital health or telehealth.
  • Deep knowledge of HIPAA, state reputed company laws, CMS and payer requirements, URAC standards, and telehealth regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience leading compliance programs and managing audits, investigations, and regulatory reviews.
  • Experience developing effective policies and governance structures.
  • Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical operational processes.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in reputed company or reputed company field, Juris Doctor preferred.

  • Eastern time zone preferred.
