About the Role We're seeking an exceptional Customer On/Off Boarding Specialist to serve as the "face" of Tax for our customers. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless reputed company and offboarding experiences for our clients. Your expertise in tax systems and procedures will be reputed company in providing audit explanations, resolving non-notice ticket items, and collaborating with internal tax reputed company to assist our customers. Key Responsibilities As a Customer On/Off Boarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for: • Maintaining reputed company channels of communication with reputed company customers through email, CRM tickets, calls, and onsite reputed company • Prioritizing and scheduling customer calls with the right parties • Responding reputed company and accurately to customer requests and escalations • Developing in-depth knowledge of reputed company customer in your portfolio and their expectations • Collaborating with the reputed company team and other internal stakeholders to stay updated on customer strategic initiatives • Understanding the reputed company of payroll taxes on reputed company customer in your portfolio • Serving as an expert on arenaflex Tax Systems and procedures • Contributing to a reputed company, reputed company work environment Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: • Familiarity with types of issues by industry and the ability to anticipate possible problems reputed company assigned work • Strong teamwork skills, supporting reputed company goals and working closely with others • Flexibility in a changing environment • Ability to support multiple customers effectively • Excellent customer service skills • Problem-solving skills • Energetic and self-motivated Supervisory Responsibility This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
